The hotel provided an exceptional customer service during our trip.

The room is huge and tastefully decorated with a big bathroom & a good sized balcony. The hotel offers perfect location just off a hill side outside Skala, and the stunning beautiful island of Cephalonia. Would go back 

Great location - not far from kefalonia during the day, the `` rocky beach '' and hill in recent years. The exceptionally clean room & good size bathroom.

Our room was well-kept and nicely decorated and well kept & have easier access to the restaurant.

Perfectly clean, nicely presented hotel with extremely helpful and very friendly staff from the Porters to the Waiters. Perfect location to the centre of scala, special atmosphere. Based really close to the island, in Apostolata, and local buses.  

This was a perfect and excellent location so close to taxis, a very nice beach and the surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful with variety of options in the bar.

The rooms are well-kept and have absolutely stunning view of the sea and sunrise. The setting is perfect and exceptionally nice, just next door to a hill with lots of steps as is likely on a hilly island, Bar & Restaurant and the sea 

Amazing location between the different bars, neat rooms. Incredibly welcoming, amazingly kind staff, exceptionally nice breakfast.

The pool suite was amazing, with a larger pool than expected and stunning views over the cliff and sea. The sunrise views were breathtaking. The food was varied and delicious, with buffet and a la carte options. The staff

The pool was beautiful. The views were beautiful. It was relaxing. THe room was nice too

The staff was not friendly (front desk) nor were they helpful. Didn't even explain how anything worked or where anything was. It was "here is your key, see you". Very bad.

The hotel was special with perfect and exceptionally nice location really close to stunning beaches, places of interest and local tavernas nearby, and the Ionian sea.

main pool is very big. pier where there are hammocks and you can bathe.. Friendly staff.

rooms are old and beds are very uncomfortable.. design of the bathroom is very rare, wc is inside the shower.. buffet food is good but very monotonous as there was hardly any variety.

It was huge, spotless and with jacuzzi. I could use a hair dryer and a dressing table. The location was ideal - next to highly recommend, and Prors ferry.

Plenty of pancakes, meats and vegetable at breakfast. Units with amazing views.
